THE HOUSE OF ROYAL T
Where the house stands this morning, and what will not move without you.
What the house actually holds, separated from what it merely received. Client money owed to production is not yours to spend.
Worked out from your own projects. Anything here is holding money or a client still.
The House of Royal T
Whether the house is growing, measured against the same stretch last time. Today tells you what needs attention; this tells you whether the work is paying.
Count and value at every stage, so a thin month can be read before it arrives.
THE HOUSE OF ROYAL T
Every commission from first inquiry through to delivery. One record holds the client, the design, the photography, the costs and the proposal.
No client yet
Every image on this commission. Nothing reaches the client until you make it available and give it a role. Upload once, use it here.
What the client can add to this commission, and what they have chosen. Internal cost is shown to you here and never leaves this screen.
Every publish keeps the one before it. An accepted version is never overwritten.
Everything that has happened to this commission, newest first.
Only fill what applies. Blank fields never reach the proposal.
Inspiration, CADs, renders, stones and finished photography. Every image stays internal until you switch it on for the proposal.
Internal only. None of this ever reaches a proposal.
Every dollar this project has actually spent. This is what turns an estimate into real economics.
Everything collected against this project, however it arrived. Bloom payments land here too.

THE HOUSE OF ROYAL T
Everyone the house has quoted, what they commissioned, and what it came to.
THE HOUSE OF ROYAL T
Cost the piece and everything the package promises, price it against the market, then allocate the profit. The client never funds your compensation through the quote.
Real dollars, before anything the package adds.
Anything beyond what the package already promises. Package benefits are costed on the next tab.
Shares of distributable profit. The client's price is never raised to fund these.
| Allocation | Share | Amount |
|---|
A deposit is not profit. The money that has to reach the manufacturer is shown as protected before anything is called available.
THE HOUSE OF ROYAL T
What this quote's tier actually obliges the house to deliver. Cost bearing benefits are funded inside the landed cost before the margin is applied, so a promise in the guide is never paid out of profit by accident.
Promises that switch on at a price point regardless of tier.
Use this only when the client is signing in front of you at an appointment. If you sent the private client link, let them sign there instead so there is one record of acceptance.
Prepared privately for the named client and valid for 14 days. All work is produced by appointment through The House of Royal T. Detailed invoices and project documentation are available to business clients on request.
THE HOUSE OF ROYAL T
The historical control centre. Everything the house has quoted, collected, spent and closed, with nothing destroyed by accident.
THE HOUSE OF ROYAL T
Change it once here and every future quote follows it.
The suggested quote uses these. Margin falls as the piece gets larger so big builds stay competitive.
| Landed cost from | Target margin | Multiplier |
|---|
Real money leaving on the full sale price, charged before profit is distributed.
Where records have come loose from each other. Everything at zero means nothing is orphaned.
Each target stands on its own. Setting a monthly figure does not change the quarter or the year.
For seasonal expectations. Leave a month at zero and it falls back to the monthly figure above.
Everyone here sees the same projects, clients, costs and margins. Add people through Supabase, under Authentication, then add them to the house with the SQL line below.
Every saved quote produces its own link. The proposal page address is where those links point, and the house email is where a client's signed acceptance is sent.
Connect Bloom so client, project, contract and payment activity arrives here automatically. Bloom publishes events outward only, so information flows into this system and nothing is written back.
Send a POST to that address with a header named x-rtj-secret holding your webhook secret, and a field named event_type set to one of lead.created, contact.created, project.created, form.completed, project.status_updated, contract.signed or payment.received.
Fires a marked test event at your own webhook so you can watch the whole path work before Bloom is connected. Test records are flagged in the log.
Send proposal, create CRM record and push status are not built, because Bloom exposes no write action through the automation gateway. The provider layer is ready for them, and they will be labelled Unsupported until Bloom offers a way in.
Shares of distributable profit. These have to total one hundred.
One per line as price threshold, cost, title, then description, separated by vertical bars.
The tier is decided by the final quote. Each benefit line reads: class, cost, group, title, description, separated by vertical bars. Class is none for an included benefit that costs nothing, cost for an included benefit the house has to buy, or opt for something offered only when you switch it on.
